Shipping & Returns

Order Processing Time

Most YC Design  orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Sometimes takes 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

 

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS. Within the USA  Shipments are mailed by

  • USPS  Standart Shipping with arrival of 5-10 business days,
  • Priority Mail with arrival of 2-3 business days  and 1-3 weeks for international.
  • Priority Mail Express 1 business day. 

International orders

International shipments are varies per country. International packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks. 

International customs time frame can vary with YC Design having no control of any of the delays. There may be import duties/taxes/fees applied by your country and they aren't included in our shipping fee. Additional fees from custom charges are paid by the customer.   

 

Returns

YC Design we want our customers to be happy with the product they receive. 

You may return or exchange any full price item within 7 business days of receiving the item.  Products must be unworn and in its original condition with all hang tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchanges, unless the reason for the return or exchange is due to a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

All sale items and custom-made items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow approximately 1-2 week after we receive your exchange/ return for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

Please be sure to include a note with a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order.
